Founded in 1980, the Tribute to Women and Industry Award Program is the oldest and largest program honoring outstanding women in leadership we well as the progressive companies that employ them. TWIN Management Forum, a networking group of TWIN Honorees, extends the impact of the award through networking and various volunteer activities.
