Adolescents and Teens at Risk

The primary focus of the Adolescent and Teen program is empowerment. Our goal is to make a significant and positive difference in children's lives-with particular attention to teens at risk.

The Adolescent and Teen Program works intensively with children to focus on constructive life choices, to develop and work toward career goals, and to steer clear of destructive behaviors such as participation in gang activity. Participants in this program, which takes place after school, benefit from a safe and supportive environment, and take part in constructive and stimulating activities. These constructive activities replace destructive and dangerous alternatives, while educating and empowering children to make positive life choices.

This program has an exceptional track record for pregnancy prevention, completion of high school, and continuing education for the teens involved.
